What projects do you support?
Hongye supports hotel, office and restaurant projects. Fenmi Casa is the dedicated route for villas, apartments and private interiors. The brief is organised around your spaces and intended uses.
What should I provide for a quotation?
Share dimensioned plans, an item schedule by space, quantities, desired finishes, destination and target date. Identify decisions already approved and points still to review.
Can sizes and finishes be adapted?
Options are reviewed for the selected models. Sizes, materials and interfaces are confirmed through drawings and references. An image alone does not establish manufacturing feasibility.
How are samples approved?
Sample scope and costs are agreed for the project. Record the material reference, finish, drawing version and approval decision before ordering.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Quantity conditions depend on items, finishes and configuration. Share your schedule for written confirmation; this website does not advertise a universal minimum.
What are the production and delivery times?
The schedule depends on selection, approvals, quantities and destination. Proposals distinguish stages and conditions; a requested date is not a guaranteed lead time.
Do you deliver to France and Morocco?
Dedicated destination pages help prepare the discussion. Transport, importation, taxes, receiving and installation responsibilities must be allocated in the agreed scope.
Do you have a local shop or installation team?
Group manufacturing and coordination are based in China. This site does not declare a shop, factory or installation team in France or Morocco. Any local service must be defined for the project.
Are the images local completed projects?
The references are images from the group library used to discuss compositions. They are not presented as delivered projects in France or Morocco. Ask for a documented reference suited to your brief.
What documents and warranties are available?
Technical documents and warranty conditions are reviewed for the selected products and confirmed in order documents. A general certification claim cannot replace checks for the model and project requirements.
How is a project coordinated?
The process covers the brief, selection, drawing and sample approval, followed by manufacturing and receiving coordination. Each decision should remain connected with a reference and version.
Does the form automatically send my request?
It prepares an email in your mail client or a downloadable text brief. Review and send the message yourself to h@hysdfurniture.com with the relevant documents. You can also contact the group on WhatsApp.
